Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
This Policy outlines the terms governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
### Territorial Scope This Policy applies only to products sold and delivered within India. Products sold or shipped outside India are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under this Policy.
### Return Window You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
### Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
### Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards. If you have questions about eligibility for a specific item, please contact us.
### How to Initiate a Return/Exchange To start a return or exchange, email: aona.india1991@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Include your order number, reason for the request, and clear photos. For damaged or incorrect or missing items, you must also provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded before the package is opened.
### Damages and Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect or missing, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and remedy the issue. Eligibility for shipping coverage or exchange in such cases requires the unboxing video described above. If you cannot provide the required video, you may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
### Return Shipping Costs - We will cover return shipping costs only if the product you received is incorrect or arrives damaged. - If you are returning or exchanging an item for any other reason (including dislike, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item), you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
### Sale Purchases - No refunds; exchanges only for items purchased during a sale. - For sale items, we will cover shipping costs for an exchange only if:
(i) you provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video; and
(ii) the video clearly shows the product is damaged or different from what was ordered. - This policy applies to all sale-priced items and is subject to change.
### Exchanges Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the original item. Shipping cost responsibilities for exchanges are governed by the “Return Shipping Costs” and “Sale Purchases” sections of this Policy.
### Refunds - If a prepaid order is placed for an item that is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will issue a full refund. The refund process will be initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation.
- For all other refunds, we will issue the refund only after we receive and inspect the original product and confirm it is in the condition it was sent.
- After processing, refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account. Actual credit timelines are subject to your payment gateway and financial institution. We are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control.
